The 2016 documentary Balancing the Scales was produced by Sharon Rowen, a veteran lawyer in Atlanta. The 70-minute documentary covers women in the law from the 1940s through the present -- the obstacles they have overcome, why full equality in the profession is still elusive, and the state of the profession today for women, both in the US and around the world, as well as developing business as lawyers.
