Join us Friday, November 17 for another popular (and delicious!) CWBA annual fall member-benefit networking luncheon in the DTC.

Working with experts through trial preparation and trial is an art. Knowing when to hire an expert (and how), finding the right expert, and working with them appropriately can have a major impact on the outcome of the case, and trial attorneys must take that into consideration to be an appropriate advocate for their clients.

This panel will outline the good, the bad, and the ugly and teach attendees how to know whether they are using their experts or abusing them.

We will have three wonderful panelists who can provide insight from the perspective of experts who regularly work with attorneys and an attorney who has effectively worked with experts. Through real-life stories and advice they have learned along the way, they will share how attorneys and non-attorney experts can effectively partner to produce the best results for the client.
