What Does It Mean to Take The Pledge?
All you have to do is pledge to do one hour of pro bono work during the course of one year (May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2019). We are even supplying you with all different ways you can do pro bono work for a whole host of different organizations with our Pro Bono Corner! Check it out now.
How Do I Fulfill My Pledge?
It's simple - any way you want to! There are three ways to fulfill your Pro Bono Pledge. You can share your time (60 teeny minutes), your money (donate the cost of one billable hour) or share your influence (for example, find a speaker for a CWBA program). Once you have completed your one hour, fill out the Pledge Completion Form and you are done. Told you we were making this easy!
If you have any questions about taking the Pro Bono Pledge or about pro bono opportunities customized just for you, feel free to contact CWBA Legal Services Co-Chair Erika Holmes at Erika@ELHolmesLaw.com.
