We are pleased to announce that this year's holiday party nonprofit partner is The Initiative.
Founded over 33 years ago, The Initiative (previously known as the Domestic Violence Initiative for Women with Disabilities or DVI) advocates for persons with disabilities who have experienced abuse. It is the only organization in Colorado that focuses its services on the intersection of cross-disability issues and abuse. Through its advocacy and outreach programs, The Initiative is dedicated to creating cultural and systemic shifts that make our communities more compassionate, inclusive, and safe for all.
We will collect monetary contributions for the organization at the holiday party.
