Are YOU ready to lead? Serving as a committee chair or other leadership role on the CWBA Board of Directors offers a great way to promote the CWBA's mission, which is to advance the interests of women in the legal profession and women and children generally. Board service also provides an excellent opportunity to enhance leadership skills and to meet and work alongside other incredible professionals.

We encourage you to attend our Board Leadership Information Session on Friday, November 22 at Noon either via webinar or in person to learn more about serving on the CWBA's Board of Directors. 

Join President Sarah Parady and President Elect Miranda Hawkins for an informal discussion about serving on the Board, including responsibilities, estimated time commitments, the various committees and positions available, as well as how the selection process works. They will explain the role of the CWBA's Nominating Committee, including details abut the updated nomination and application forms. This session will be available via live webcast, or you may attend in person.

The application and nomination process for the 2020 - 2021 Board opens December 1, 2019 with applications due December 31, 2019.
