On What Grounds? is a LIVE Virtual Leadership Café, and we are open for business!
Set your coffee makers for 8:30 a.m. on Friday, August 28th for our next session of On What Grounds? LIVE Virtual Leadership Café. On the first Friday of every month, join CWBA President Miranda Hawkins and Board members for coffee, connection, and career leadership lessons. (The September chat is one week early to avoid Labor Day plan conflicts.) No matter how far we rise or how much we achieve, we can still be haunted by that nagging inner voice that shouts, “Who are you to do that? No one is going to believe you are qualified.” At our next Café, you will hear CWBA President Miranda Hawkins and CWBA Board member Magistrate Melina Hernandez share their stories and lead a discussion on dealing with and overcoming “imposter syndrome.”
The goal of this Café is to share tips to silence that self-deprecating inner voice. At the very least, you will find comfort in knowing that you are not the only one who hears that voice! This promises to be a lively Café you don’t want to miss!
The Café invites an authentic connection with your fellow CWBA members and leaders. We will chat about what is REALLY on your mind right now, and we will be there to support you, in both your personal and professional goals. The Café is a place to gather with fellow professionals, take a coffee break, refill, and refuel.
