CWBA & Yoga: Take A Lunchtime Break!

Join us for 60 minutes of gratitude and reflection through yoga. 

Did you know yoga increases mental clarity? Lunchtime yoga is a great way to get your mind ready to focus on all those afternoon tasks!

This one-hour Yin class aims to stimulate and target connective tissues by working gently into the edge of postures through long holds (between one and seven minutes). Participants will find a sense of slow, deep unwinding and release that is very different from what is found in traditional movement classes. 

The class is free and suitable for all levels. 

Meet The Instructor: Rebecca Spence

Rebecca Spence is a Colorado licensed attorney and Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor. Rebecca earned her JD from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law in 2019. She was the Associate Corporate Counsel for PanTheryx, Inc., a biotechnology company and currently practices business, privacy, and cannabis law for The Rodman Law Group. As a yoga practitioner, Rebecca currently teaches a variety of classes at White Lotus Therapeutics. Rebecca truly believes that the time set aside to practice yoga is the perfect time to rehabilitate from the physical and mental stresses of the day. She aims to position her students to direct attention to the present moment, and to let the yoga take care of everything else.
