A Virtual Leadership Café. On the first Friday of every month (except October and December), join CWBA President-Elect Emma Garrison and fellow CWBA members for coffee, connection, and career leadership lessons. 

At the next On What Grounds, CWBA member Jon Olafson will lead an interactive discussion about identifying our own biases, learning what to do when those biases are harmful, how to take comfort in the uncomfortable, how to listen to learn and respect, and when to speak up on behalf of marginalized communities.
