We get a lot of mixed messages when it comes to money. Decisions around money seem like they are supposed to be rational and void of emotion, but many emotions can surround money – often shame, anger, and fear.
Studies show that a lack of financial confidence keeps many women from pursuing education in personal finance. And while the pay gap is fortunately narrowing, it still exists, and women are still paid less than their male counterparts.
In March, Past President and On What Grounds founder Miranda Hawkins returns to help us untangle this complicated arena. Miranda is passionate about supporting women in their financial success and helping them to take control of their financial well-being. She is excited to be joining us at the March OWG Café for a lively, no-nonsense, interactive discussion around all things money.
