"Navigating Unconscious Bias While Perfecting Your Career"

Guest Speaker: Rosalie Chamberlain

Even in the best organizations, navigating firm or corporate culture is complex and a factor many of us face. Thriving amidst everyday biases, even ones you don’t realize exist, can be challenging. You need awareness and actions that help you successfully mitigate the beliefs and behaviors that hinder or block success.

Join us for a thought provoking, empowering discussion that addresses ways to:

  • Understand how you are showing up and the message you send
  • Avoid self-sabotage
  • Unravel and address fear
  • Transform cycles that perpetuate stuck behaviors
  • Boost confidence and presence
  • Increase your support system for success
