Set your coffee makers for April 2 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. for our next session of On What Grounds? LIVE Virtual Leadership Café. On the first Friday of every month, join CWBA President Miranda Hawkins and Board members for coffee, connection, and career leadership lessons.
At this Café, we will talk about what it means to Lead with Compassion. As leaders in our profession, our families, and our communities, we are often called upon to be visionaries, cheerleaders, and diplomats. We are expected to operate from our reserves of kindness, objectivity, and courage, but for many of us, our reserves have been depleted.
Compassionate leaders honor the complexity of human relationships, nurture authenticity, and create common ground for building the potential in others. Join CWBA President Miranda Hawkins and CWBA Board Member Jennifer Guzman, as they share their personal insights and experiences around what it means to lead with compassion. We will then open up the discussion to hear your thoughts and questions.
On What Grounds? is a LIVE Virtual Leadership Café that invites an authentic connection with your fellow CWBA members and leaders. We will chat about what is REALLY on your mind right now, and we will be there to support you, in both your personal and professional goals. The Café is a place to gather with fellow professionals, take a coffee break, refill, and refuel.
