Not since the U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision in Roe v. Wade has the constitutionally protected right and ability to obtain an abortion faced so serious a threat as it does today. Panelists Kyriaki (Kiki) Council, Kylee Sunderlin, and moderator Dani Newsum provide a frontline view of the state laws and federal court cases that will determine how much protection, if any at all, the Constitution will afford people seeking abortions in 2022 and beyond, and what we can do individually and collectively, to protect abortion rights and access in Colorado.
