In this one-hour workshop, Diana Mead, Managing Partner of OnePoint, and Elizabeth Wylie, partner at Snell & Wilmer, will host an honest conversation about salary negotiations--the hurdles, the mindset, and the tactics that define the process. This workshop starts with the basics--why women must negotiate their compensation--and addresses the particular challenges women face in these discussions.
