Are YOU ready to lead? Serving as a committee chair or other leadership role on the CWBA Board of Directors offers a great way to promote the CWBA's mission, which is to advance women as leaders in the law. Board service also provides an excellent opportunity to enhance leadership skills and to meet and work alongside other incredible professionals.

Join President Gina L. Glockner and President-Elect Kathryn Starnella, along with current Board members Alison Connaughty, Courtney Holm, Beth Robinson, and Deborah Yim for an informal discussion about serving on the Board, including responsibilities, estimated time commitments, the various committees and positions available, as well as how the selection process works. They will explain the role of the CWBA's Nominating Committee, including details about the updated nomination form. This session will take place online via Zoom.

The application process for the 2022 - 2023 Board opened November 2, 2021 with applications due December 5, 2021.
