Join us for the UNITY 2025 Recap as we move forward from the critical conversations of our January event. The UNITY 2025 Recap will be a follow-up virtual gathering via Zoom designed to deepen our collective commitment to justice, equity, and human rights through advocacy and action.
Facilitated discussion topics will include the following: We will revisit a series of conversations focused on Women's Rights, LGBTQ+ Identities, Islamophobia & Antisemitism, and Public Education and Book Bans. We will tackle the other four topics previously discussed during the January UNITY event (access to abortion and gender-affirming care; attacks on the disabled community; immigration and mass deportation; and increased hate speech and racism) during a second Zoom recap event soon. Upon revisiting these conversations, we intend to develop plans for purposeful engagement, coalition building, and resource mobilization. We will also hear from various subject-matter leaders who will bring us up to speed on the latest developments in each of the identified areas.
