The CWBA is excited to kick off Season 2 of On What Grounds? A Live Virtual Leadership Café!
On the first Friday of every month, Miranda Hawkins, CWBA Immediate Past President, will continue to facilitate lively interviews and group discussions on topics that are top of mind for all of us. Set your coffee makers (or iced coffee makers) for August 6th from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
At this next Café, we will spend time with CWBA President Gina Glockner and CWBA President-Elect Kathryn Starnella. This is an opportunity to get to know them both a bit more personally.
The remainder of the Café will be dedicated to hearing from you about what is happening in your world right now. We want to know what top-of-mind topics (both personal and professional) you want to hear more about throughout the year.
How are you adjusting to the new hybrid work model? Are you facing back-to-school challenges? How are you feeling about interacting with people again? What is really on your mind right now?
We want to hear your BOLD VOICES on these issues and others. We will conduct a live poll to gather your topic suggestions. This is a unique opportunity to co-create On What Grounds programming by letting us know what is important to you and how the CWBA can support you with both your personal and professional goals.
