Set your coffee makers for 8:30 a.m. on September 2, 2022, for the next session of On What Grounds? A Virtual Leadership Café. On the first Friday of every month, join CWBA President-Elect Emma Garrison and fellow CWBA members for coffee, connection, and career leadership lessons.

In many ways, life is like a board game. Focus on the end goal. Decide on a strategy. Roll the dice. Move ahead two spaces, go back one.

We thought it would be fun to kick off the holiday weekend with some life lessons from CWBA Membership Co-Chair Sylvia Geiger, a Guardian ad Litem, former teacher, and board game store owner! Sylvia will share her ideas about the broadly applicable principles games can teach us about our practices and our lives – knowing our objective, executing a strategy, and picking the best moves. We hope this will be a lively, interactive discussion, and we can’t wait to hear from you!

On What Grounds? A Virtual Leadership Café invites authentic connection with your fellow CWBA members and leaders. We will chat about what is REALLY on your mind right now, and we will be there to support you, in both your personal and professional goals. “See” you there!
