Rosalie Chamberlain is  the Director of Rosalie Chamberlain Consulting & Coaching. She is a skilled leadership and executive coach and consultant, having worked extensively with clients in the legal industry, as well as a broad range of corporate, government, and private industries, both national and international. Additionally, she is a nationally recognized speaker and program facilitator. Rosalie has more than 18 years of coaching experience working with individuals and groups on leadership development, team building, talent management, career transitions, and helping organizations become successful and inclusive environments. She is a member of the Committee for Diversity & Inclusion of the National Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). She is featured as one of several selected Top Lawyer Coaches, powered by Diversity Lab. She has served as a speaker for The Securities & Exchange Commission of the United States, the Center for Legal Inclusiveness, the Society for Human Resources, legal departments and multiple law firms across the country, local chapters of ALA, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, Faculty Emeritus of the Women Leaders Forum, and a panelist at Women Legal 2018.  She is also the author of Conscious Leadership in the Workplace: A Guidebook to Making a Difference One Person at a Time. The book addresses authentic leadership, with a strong focus on the impact of biases.
