Registration

  • Saturday Morning; child must be 3 years of age and potty trained; includes one lunch

The CWBA is again partnering with Activity Sitters and Activity Camp to offer two options for entertaining kids on Saturday morning, May 20.  Parents/guardians have the option of dropping children off for part of the day, or alternatively, participating in the activities with your child.  Snacks will be provided, and lunch is available for purchase. 

For the Saturday afternoon activities starting at 1:30 p.m., there is no childcare provided and no cost. However, children must be accompanied by a guardian/parent. 

Kids Activities & Childcare Schedule

Friday, May 19:
7 - 9 pm: Movie Night (free) "Finding Dory"
No limit on number of children; all must be accompanied by adult/guardian.

Saturday Morning, May 20:
Limited to 20 children
7:30 am - 8 am:  Registration & childcare drop off
8 am - 9 am: Ice breaker games & getting to know kids
9 am - 10 am:  Spring-themed craft
10 am - 11:30 am:  Snack, age-appropriate games, marshmallow buildings, multi-craft table
11:30 pm - Noon: Lunch optional purchase
Noon - 1:30 pm:  Silly science project indoor tag and active games; multi-craft table
1:30 pm:  Pick up from childcare

Option 1: Drop-off for “camp” activities + childcare (must be 3 years of age and potty trained): $25 + $12 for lunch; each additional child $10.00 + $12 for lunch

Option 2: Attend “camp” activities with an adult/guardian: $10 (option available for lunch purchase for $12) 

Lunch:  served buffet style and includes chicken fingers, French fries, mac 'n cheese, fruit and milk or juice.

Saturday Afternoon Free Activities
No limit on number of children; all must be accompanied by adult
1:30 - 4:30 pm:  Face painting & balloon animals
2 - 3 pm: Snack Cart

Throughout the Weekend:

  • Enjoy the newly remodeled Tykes Room, plus the pool, spa, and other hotel amenities.
  • Information about other local activities such indoor ice skating, hiking, and attractions may be obtained from the Hotel Concierge.
  • Assistance in arranging licensed nannies/babysitters also is available through the Hotel Concierge.
